A fluidized bed gasifier is a type of equipment widely used in gasification processes, typically designed to convert solid fuels (such as coal, biomass, etc.) into combustible gases (like syngas) at high temperatures. Its core feature lies in utilizing fluidized bed technology, which enables solid particles to suspend and fluidize in the gas flow, thereby enhancing contact between materials and gases and improving reaction efficiency.


Coal gasification is a high-temperature process driven by combustion and redox reactions. This device is specifically designed for catalytic coal gasification experiments under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The reactor is made from high-temperature nickel-based alloy, ensuring durability in extreme conditions. The device is equipped with a large thermal capacity reaction furnace to maintain temperature stability during experiments. The open heating furnace features an outer structure with a porous isolation plate design, allowing for high-temperature operation while keeping the exterior safe to touch.

The device includes a feeding system with four gas inlets and one liquid inlet, encompassing the feeding, constant pressure, flow stabilization, and control systems, supporting various control modes such as instrument control, DCS, and PLC. The Siemens PLC control system, combined with advanced algorithms and integral control, ensures precise and stable temperature control of the reactor. The system is equipped with an abnormal alarm function, triggering an audio-visual alarm and automatic shutdown if the bed temperature exceeds the set limit. Additionally, the device includes overpressure alarm features to enhance operational safety.

The device’s computer control system offers high reliability and ease of operation. Fault isolation between instruments and the host computer prevents a single device failure from affecting the entire system. A computer fault only impacts centralized management and data recording, while instruments can still perform standard control and operations. System functions include: ① process monitoring; ② data acquisition, processing, and analysis; ③ periodic report recording; ④ display of process flow, parameters, and reactor bed temperature distribution; ⑤ real-time and historical data storage with trend curves; and ⑥ automated temperature ramp programming and modification.
