RIGCHINA
Aging Cells are available in many sizes: 260 mL, 500 mL, 800 mL and 1000 mL etc. They are typically constructed of grade 303 or 316 stainless steel and are used for high temperature testing , certified for 600℉ (315℃) and 2500 psi (17,237 kPa).
RIGCHINA aging cells are designed to be used with RIGCHINA products, such as roller ovens, in the aging and testing of drilling fluids or muds. They are also known as mud aging cells.
Aging Cells are available in many sizes,such as 260 mL, 500 mL, 800mL and 1000 mL etc. They are typically constructed of grade 304 or 316 stainless steel and are used for high temperature testing (up to 600°F). For prolonged exposure to highly corrosive test fluids, cells constructed from premium metals, such as Hastalloy® or Inconel® 600 are available. The aging cell walls may also be protected against corrosive fluids by using the Teflon® liner.
It is done under conditions which vary from static to dynamic and from ambient to highly elevated temperatures.
RIGCHINA aging cells are designed to be used with RIGCHINA Roller Oven. It be found in API 13B-1 and 13I.

Most drilling fluid formulations contain a base liquid and additives which must be dissolved or mechanically dispersed into the liquid to form a homogenous fluid. The resulting fluid may contain one or more of the following:
1. Water-dispersible (soluble) polymers or resins
2. Clays or other insoluble but dispersible fine solids
3. Soluble salts
The fluids are mixed or sheared for times appropriate to achieve a homogenous mixture and are then set aside to age.
